Refund and Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay

Your first class is a free trial, so you can meet the teacher and see if the classes suit you before paying anything.

You can stop classes at any time. Just tell us on WhatsApp or by email before the 1st of the month, and no new fee will be charged.
There is no contract, notice period or cancellation fee.

If you ask within 7 days of paying a monthly fee, we refund the classes not yet taken that month.
After 7 days, the month’s fee is not refundable, but you keep your remaining classes for that month.
If the teacher cancels a class and a makeup class doesn’t suit you, we refund that class.
Classes missed without telling us at least 12 hours before are not refunded or made up.

Ebooks are digital files that can be downloaded and printed straight away, so they cannot be returned, and we do not refund them once they have been delivered.
You can look inside every ebook on our ebook page before you buy.
If a file is damaged, won’t open, or is not the book you bought, tell us within 7 days and we will send the correct file or give you a full refund.
If you paid but did not receive your ebook within 24 hours, contact us and we will send it or refund you in full.

Email or WhatsApp us with your name, the learner’s name or the ebook, and the payment reference.
We reply within 2 working days. Once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Refunds usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
We cannot refund payment gateway or currency conversion charges taken by your bank.
